American universities continue to give seats to student visas. And our National Guard and Reserves have been bastardized into an Operational Reserve, when they should be Strategic Depth.

Brother, look at the salaries of industry executives that either do direct (RTX) or indirect (Microsoft) business with the defense sector. Until those incentives change nothing is going to change.
